An agile analytic platform was defined for RMB, in order to deliver advanced forecasting capabilities to estimate audiences per spot and elaborate an adequate pricing policy
Getting accurate pricing for their advertising space is a Business critical activity for RMB.
As such, RMB decided to revamp its existing analytics solution, which relied on Excel technology and required intensive manual interventions. This solution was putting the correctness of the information disseminated in the organization at risk.
OUR VALUE PROPOSITION
Business & Decision defined an analytics solution in 2 phases :
- Defining the solution including tool selection through demos & POC (shortlist : R, SAS Forecast Server, ForecastPro)
- Industrializing the solution
- Characteristics of the analytics solution:

- The pricing solution focused on the core components. In subsequent phases, the tool was extended further (additional information integration, enhanced logic, new reports,…).
