Test Achat is part of the Euroconsumers group, which aims at promoting and defending consumer interests, solving their problems and helping them exercise their fundamental rights.
The Consumer DataMart project is part of the customer intelligence initiative. It aims at providing a 360° view on Test Achats' consumers, thus enabling them to adapt tailored offers to prospects and ,based on their profile and preferred communication channel(e-mail, call center, post,…).
- Deliver a single reporting platform for 5 countries (270 users)
- Deploy various reporting favors depending on the users profile (pixel perfect report, ad-hoc report, self-service BI)
- Provide a large amount of customer insights needed to drive the commercial campaigns from Test Achats
