As part of the B&D Sales team you will play a major role in the development of our CRM services. You will develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with clients and partners. In particular, you will:

 

  • Participate in creating the Sales Plan for the CRM Practice

  • Create the material to be used for presenting and selling our CRM solutions on the Belgian market (with the help of the CRM Practice Manager and team members)

  • Plan and carry out prospection activities

  • Manage the RFP process and create of proposals (with the help of the CRM Practice Manager and team members)

  • Negotiation offers

  • Manage partnership relations with software vendors

  • Participate in networking activities

  • Initiate marketing activities

 

Job requirement

       To fulfil the role, you should have :

 

  • A Master level degree (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other) with minimum 3 to 5 years work experience in a similar position (IT related sector on the Belgian market) of which at least 1 year of exposure to CRM solutions selling

  • Good understanding of the CRM market and solutions

  • Effective communication, persuasion skills, both verbal and written;

  • Good negotiation skills;

  • Proactive approach towards potential customers;

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work in a team (to prepare proposals in cooperation with our consultants)

  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point…

  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch, French and in English.
