As senior expert in Siebel CRM, he / she will be responsible for the launch of the Siebel competence centre and the start-up of Siebel implementation business. His role will consist in development and growth of the domain of Siebel implementation assignments and projects right under the CRM practice manager:

Main responsibilities
Start-up Siebel Competence centre:
- Local knowledge management for the Siebel domain,
- Reporting to Siebel competence centre of the Business & Decision group

People-management:
- Help in identifying and recruiting a Siebel team gradually
- Coach and train new team members in their Siebel assignments

Account management:
- Market study and identification of challenging Siebel assignments;
- Support sales development in partnering with Oracle through identifying niches for Siebel implementations for the whole Belgium (Netherlands and Luxemburg might come in a second phase);
- Pre sales, demonstrations, answer to Request For Proposal...

Job requirement

 Broad general CRM background (ideally 7 - 10 years experience)
o CRM business case and requirements analysis
o Sales, Marketing and servicing processes
o CRM related measurement & reporting
- Broad functional knowledge of the Siebel solution & modules (min. 5 years proven experience)
o Sales
o Marketing
o Servicing
o Analytics
- Several practical Siebel implementation experiences (minimum 5 years), of which some in a Siebel project implementation leader role
- Feeling for business development
- Ideally has some networking contacts with Oracle, with Siebel customers and with Siebel partners
- Good coaching skills
- Good project management skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Proficient reporting skills
- Good organizational skills
