Building upon its leadership in Business Intelligence and capitalizing on its synergy with ERP leader SAP, B&D decided to extend its expertise to SAP BW. A new Practice dedicated to the SAP BW technology will provide challenging project opportunities to candidates willing to join and guarantee them a chance to be involved in the successful growth of tomorrows' Benelux leader in SAP BW related business consultancy.

The successful candidate will be part of our SAP Business Warehouse  Practice, and will work on business intelligence projects at our customers' premises. The candidate activities will range from business intelligence requirements analysis to architecture design, BW development, testing, implementation of the reporting analysis and coaching of more junior consultants in the team.

Job requirement

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills. He or she will have a minimum of 5 years experience with at least one of the technologies described below. The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally.

Required skills :

• Capacity to understand functional needs and translate them into SAP Business Warehouse technology;
• Experience in large BI projects, experience in interacting with the client and gathering functional requierements;
• Translate the functional reaquirements to a technical specification;
• Experience with R/3 datasource extration;
• Functional:
  • SAP BW : Business knowledge in one or more SAP Modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/PM/PP/PS/HR);
  • SAP SEM is a plus.
• IT knowledge: SAP BC, ABAP, technical and customizing in SAP R3, SAP Netweaver knowledges, SAP Portal are a plus, Microsoft Excel, ETL, WEB Reporting;

Personality :

• Ability to be flexible and analytic in a problem-solving environment;
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• University degree in business economics, commercial engineering or engineering or IT;
• Certified (or by experience) in SAP BW;
• Languages: Dutch or French; and English;
