The ETL specialist will have a strong functional and technical experience in extraction transformation and loading processes: study of the sources, design of the mappings, programming of the ETL.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of ETL tools, PL/SQL, C and Unix shell script.

Job requirement

Preferred Candidates have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
The successful candidate will work on Business Intelligence projects at our customers' premises. The candidate will analyse business intelligence needs and participate to all phases of data warehousing projects, from analysis, architecture, modelling, extraction transformation and load to the implementation of the reporting/analysis part. Technologies involved cover mostly Oracle, PL/SQL, Business Objects Data Integrator (BODI), Oracle Warehouse Builder and a range of reporting/analysis tools.

• Master degree informatics or strong interest for informatics.
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience
  
• You have an understanding of the technical possibilities in the environment: Capacity to understand functional needs and translate them into data warehouse techniques.
  
• strong technical and data base skills and knowledge in several of the following domains: Oracle, data modeling, ETL tools, PL/SQL, Business Objects
• Fluency in at least French or dutch and English.
