IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Function description:

The successful candidate will be part of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Practice and will play a key role in major IAM related projects at our customers' premises.

He or she will participate at the following stages:
- Functional analysis of our clients' specifications: definition of policies and procedures related to security matters, conception of guidelines, modelling of information, reporting to steering committees
- Writing of RFP's (Request For Proposal): collect relevant information by organizing meetings, interviews and workshops, structure and model information, documentation and information transmission.

Profile:

The candidate should have a degree or an interest in IT and a minimum 5 years experience including 2 years of experience as Functional Analyst on IAM related projects.

The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally.

Required skills:
* Ability to understand functional needs and translate them into Identity and Access management solutions.
* Experience in working according to recognized methodologies regarding functional analysis
* Preferably a knowledge in the banking/insurance or telecom sectors.
* Experience in drawing-up of RFP's (Request For Proposal)
* IT knowledge: at least one of IAM technology listed hereafter or proven technical experience in the IAM field:
BMC Identity Management Suite (Calendra), Novell Identity Manager, IBM TIM/TAM, ORACLE Identity Management Solutions, SUN Java System Identity Manager, Ilex Meibo.
* The candidate should speak and write at least one of the national languages (second language a plus) and English.
