Ada SEKIRIN: Regional Director and Managing Director Business & Decision Benelux

Ada Sékirin (Masters in IT and MBA from Brussels Open University) started out as a freelance banking IT consultant. In 1994, she became founding partner of Flux Consultancy and developed the Business Intelligence expertise of the company. After the acquisition of Flux Consultancy by Business & Decision (end of 2001) and the merger, in 2003, with SPSInfoquest's Belgian subsidiary, creating Business & Decision Benelux, Ada Sékirin was appointed Director of Business & Decision Benelux. She now also runs activities in Russia and Italy.

Pierre DAUFFENBACH: Managing Director Business & Decision Luxembourg

After graduating from ULB as Civil Engineer and Solvay with a Licence in Management, Pierre Dauffenbach started his career at IBM as systems engineer. After evolving to management positions at Sybase and Pilot Software, he became founding partner of Valoris, a Business Intelligence consulting company.

In 2003 he co-founded Nexhos, a consulting company specialized in BI, CRM and enterprise web portals, that was acquired by Business & Decision in 2005. Now Pierre is appointed Managing Director of Business & Decision Luxembourg and actively developing Business & Decision's BI and CPM services.

Martin VAN DIJK: Managing Director Business & Decision Netherlands

After finishing his study Computer Science at the Technical University of Delft in 1988, Martin held several positions in Consulting firms.He joined Oracle in 1995 where he became responsible for developing the Business Intelligence unit. This unit grew to a team of 40 BI experts supporting the delivery of the Oracle BI and datawarehousing technology. When he left Oracle in 2000 his position had developed into Business Unit Manager BI.In 2001 he joined the sales organization of SAS. After leading the pre-sales team, he managed the sales unit for the Public Market and was part of the management team.In 2004 he was appointed to Director of Solution Sales managing all pre-sales as well as the applications sales staff of SAS Netherlands. Martin joined Business & Decision in 2007 and is responsible for the development of Business & Decision Netherlands.

Jerry WELKENHUYSEN-GYBELS: Managing Director Business & Decision Life Sciences

Jerry Welkenhuysen-Gybels obtained his PhD in applied statistics from the University of Leuven, Belgium in 2003 and joined Business & Decision soon after. He has served as a biostatistical and clinical development consultant for several pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies in Belgium and abroad. In 2006, he became responsible for the life sciences department of Business & Decision and in 2007, founded Business & Decision Life Sciences, the life sciences agency of Business & Decision. Jerry is also a visiting professor at the University of Brussels, where he teaches courses in advanced statistcial modeling.

Patrick VAN ROEY: Managing Director BnV Consultants

After finishing a Master of science in Information and Communication Technology  in 1984 he started  his career at Philips (NL) as process information engineer Joined Data Process (later Cap Gemini – IT Services)  and did several projects for Janssens Pharmaceutica , Volvo cars, SNCB , Digital Equipment and Swift. He worked several years Internationally for  Telecom Italia(IT), Scottish Widows(UK), ABN AMRO(NL) and Société Générale(FR) as a technical program manager. He Build BnV to a know value in the BeNeLux market as a solution provider around Oracle Applications , which he founded  in 1998. BnV was acquired by the Business and Decision group in 2008. BnV had a headcount of 75 and an office in Belgium and the Netherlands.
